SMS Text Messaging Terms

These SMS Text Messaging Terms ("SMS Terms") govern the text messaging program operated by Aegis Luxury Real Estate ("Aegis," "we," "us," or "our") and supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Program Description

When you opt in to text messages from Aegis — for example, by submitting a form on aegishomesre.com or alstonhomes.com and checking the SMS consent box, by texting a keyword to our number, or by providing consent to an Aegis representative — you agree to receive recurring text messages from Aegis at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include responses to your inquiries, tour scheduling and confirmations, listing alerts and market updates you have requested, transaction updates, and, where you have consented, marketing messages. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, good, or service.

Message Frequency, Rates, and Carriers

Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan; contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not guarantee the delivery or timeliness of any message.

Opting Out and Getting Help

To stop receiving messages: Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will receive no further messages from that program. To rejoin, opt in again as you did the first time.

Privacy

Our collection and use of information in connection with the SMS program is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number, and no mobile information, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes; information may be shared with service providers solely as necessary to operate the messaging program (for example, message delivery vendors).

Eligibility and Changes

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you enroll. You agree to notify us promptly if you change or deactivate your mobile number. We may modify or discontinue the SMS program, or update these SMS Terms, at any time; material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date above, and your continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
