Fair Housing Statement
Effective Date: July 8, 2026 | Last Updated: July 8, 2026
Aegis Luxury Real Estate is pledged to the letter and spirit of United States policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity throughout the nation, and to full compliance with the federal Fair Housing Act, the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, the Unruh Civil Rights Act, and all other applicable federal, state, and local fair housing laws.
Our Commitment
We do not discriminate, and we will not participate in or facilitate discrimination, on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital status, familial status, disability, national origin, ancestry, source of income, veteran or military status, genetic information, citizenship, primary language, immigration status, age, or any other characteristic protected by law, in any aspect of our services, including the sale, marketing, advertising, showing, negotiation, or financing referral of residential real property.
What This Means in Practice
- We provide the same professional level of service to every person, without regard to protected characteristics;
- We do not "steer" — we present properties, neighborhoods, and communities based on our clients' stated criteria such as price, features, and location, and we do not direct or discourage anyone toward or away from any neighborhood based on its demographics or on any protected characteristic;
- Our advertising, website content, and marketing describe properties and their features, not the people we think should live in them, and we support an affirmative marketing program in which there are no barriers to obtaining housing;
- We present all offers objectively and handle all negotiations fairly and honestly;
- We provide factual resources — such as links to public data on schools, market statistics, and community information — so that buyers can independently evaluate neighborhoods against their own priorities, rather than characterizing the demographics of an area for them; and
- We expect the same conduct from every party we work with, and we will not honor requests from any client or third party to discriminate.
